The Go Dai Henka Jiu-Jitsu System was developed in America and it focuses on close quarter combat, throws, takedowns, and submissions. Shihan Steve Schwartz is the chief instructor for the Go Dai Henka System.
About the Go Dai Henka Jiu Jitsu system
Go Dai Henka, which means the 5 changing elements, is a combination of Japanese Jiu Jitsu, along with Thai, Philipino, and Chinese martial arts.
It uses a combination of 5 animals which can also use any of the 5 elements to change the intent, flow, and power being delivered while executing a technique, throw, or submission.

2 nights a week ( Tues & Thurs) at 8:00 pm until 9:15 pm.
Cost : $90 / month.
At West Coast Dojo we strive to maintain a safe training environment, students must have required protective gear to spar. Students who do not have their gear will not be allowed to participate in sparring.
