The Muay Thai program is taking off and we are interested in expanding the program to include Wednesday nights after Taekwondo.
Muay Thai is a sport which involves the 8 limbs.(hands, elbows, knees, and feet)
The class includes:
- A Good Cardio Workout
- Moving Basics and footwork
- Complex Striking Combinations
- Fight Strategies
Wednesday Nights will be headed by our very own Jacob Croker.
